I have a kenwood amp which is doing "800 Watts max power" 150x2 @4ohms, 230x2@2ohms, or 460x1 bridge at 4ohms. The woofer is a 4ohms DVC, since is only one i dont know how to wire it or even if i was to get another one will it help.

that didn't make any sense..... but anyway,     connect the positive to positive on the sub, then connect that to the amp.   Viseversa on the negative.

The amp provides 230 X 2 @ 2 ohms.  If you parallel-wire the sub as defective suggested, your sub will be a 2 ohm load.  You will not be able to bridge that load onto that amp, as the amp will take no less than a 4ohm bridged load.  So buy another woofer of the same model and run them off the amp in stereo, 230 watts to each at 2 ohms.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
