Im setting up a Memphis 1000D with (2) Eclipse 12" DVC's and a Memphis 3004 with (4) Beymas. The power cable from the battery is 0 gauge. What should the fuse be at the battery?? What should the fuses be at the distribution block for each amp with the 4 gauge wire??

The fusing of the power wire at the battery should be low enough to burn out before the power cable would melt.  Considering that the 0 gauge wire is the beefiest power wire available, the current capacity would be at least 350 amperes (wire chart).  Instead of fusing it at 350 amps, you can go lower to the total fuse rating of both amplifiers. 

The fusing at the distro block will protect the wires that feed to the amps, the 4 ga. wires.  Use the chart linked above to determine fuse ratings for these wires, or go lower to the fuse value of each amp that the wire is connected to.
