the display on my radio says interrupt how do i get it off .It was working fine and it just came up with this message thanks in advance for your help.

Hey, sorry nobody has been able to help you. I have never seen this problem, but I would guess that it has something to do with the audio interrupt feature. Do you have an on board cell phone or GPS system with voice prompts? If not, check to make sure that there is nothing hooked to the pink/black wire on your wiring harness, or that it is not contacting anything at all.

Also, have you tried resetting the hu? There is a little button that can be pressed with a pen or anything small in the flat area behind your faceplate.

The first thing i tried is resetting it but it was still there

try unplugging the power cord for 30 minutes or so and replugging it in.... any difference?

If none of the above works you will probably have to send it in, as somehow it is getting the signal through the audio interrupt system, and if there are no external triggers (something contacting the pink/black wire), then there is something shorted across it inside. Unless someone else can think of anything...?

left it disconnected for 2 days and its still onposted_image
