My buddy was trying to install an alpine head unit in his '00 mustang but he couldn't get the stock radio out. I rememer posts about ford radio removal keys. Do I need one of those, or is there a cheaper/better way around this? Thanks.

Use a set of allen keys and when you insert them into the holes pull all four outwrds, make sure that you do not push the keys in too far otherwise it will not release the tabs properly.
