Has anyone heard of maxx bass processors?  This looks like some good technology for auto's with very limited space for woofers.  https://www.maxx.com/

I saw an ad recently from this company looking for sales reps to try to get these on the floor of some shops.  What I want to know is...does it work with Bose?

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

From what I understand about these units, they artifically "make Bass" by adding frequencies at one octave intervals above the original bass note.  This fools the brain into thinking there is more bass (psycoaccoustics).  Is it real, no, does it work, well short of.  Problem is you need to place it between source and amp,  if your going to run amps anyways, why not run speakers to give the increased bass.
