I'm helping a friend put in a sub and amp soon, and he wants to keep the factory Infinity Radio and speakers. It's either a 2001 or 2002 jeep grand cherokee. Is there an external amp that powers the vehicles speakers? If so, where would I put an LOC in (before or after the amp)?

yes, there's an external amp. i think there's a factory sub on that car too. but anyways, i would choose to put the LOC after the amp.

The amp is under the rear seat. Grab your LOC leads and turn on lead there.

Do you know the colors of the front speaker leads coming out of the amp?
