I cannot for the life of me figure out how to correctly setup my Crossover Settings. Nor can figure out how to setup the Parametric EQ data for my truck.

I'm currentl running MB Quart Reference Component speakers, amped by an Alpine MRV-F340 and 2 Alpine Type-R 12 inch 2 ohm subs amped by an Alpine MRD-500. Please someone help me optimize the sound of these speakers and subs!!!!!

I need help setting up the HU to maximize the speaker output.
