can anyone tell me how to hook up a cd changer to a stock sterio system? all i need r thew wire colors.

Huh?  WHAT CD changer to WHAT stock stereo system?  Does the 'stock stereo system" include a CD changer controller?

2000 plymoth neon. doesnt come with a controller but changer has an external one.

OK, so you can use the external controller.  Good.  Are you trying to run the changer signal to the head unit?  Is it FM modulated or does it have line level (RCA) outputs?

Then you don't need to do anything except install the changer, power it, and tune the radio on your head unit to the proper frequency.  This should all be in the owner's manual for the changer.
