I have a 200 amp alternator, 3 1700 amp stinger batteries and 6 amps with a total current draw at maximum volume at 850 amps.....I need some ideas on proper wiring...I also have a 35 farad capacitor with 1 0 gauge in and 3 4gauge outs......I need help to wire the amps properly to achieve maximum results.....Any info is greatly appreciated.....

You need to look at total current draw for the amps.  Not sure about multiple batteries, But I'm almost positve they need to be rated identicaly.  You might be better off running a few smaller caps than one big one due to the number of amps you are using. Run 0 gauge to the capacitor then depending on how many "outs" you have on it, you might have to use a distribution block to run power to all the amps.  Use separate ground wires for each amp.  There are calculators and charts to in the "general info" section to help you chose the correct wire size/gauge. Always use at least the same size ground wire as the power wire.
