My 92 Doge Caravan came equipped with an infinity radio system. Lately only the two in dash speakers work properly. The two in the front doors and the two in the liftgate work but one can barely hear them. Help !!!!!!!!!!!
It is time, my friend, to retire that old, old stuff. Put a system in that van and start having some fun!

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
ok, do this. Take out all the rear seats so u only have the driver and passanger....well no, lose the passenger seat too. Anyway, then build a box to fill the entire van. Drop 16 10" RFR3110's and 8 HiFonics 1500BX amps with plenty of extra batteries and such. Well, that's what I'd do, cuz u wouldn't need speakers with that arrangement since u'd probably wind up deft

Monster System on its way.
Being that this system is the Infinity version you will need to replace your deck, and door and rear speakers. The speakers have individual amps on each of the speakers. The dash speakers work off the factory deck. For best results just replace front door and rear hatch speakers (also Deck). The speakers size is 6x9. I wouldn't use the dash speakers without an amplifier.

shocker
the factory infinity amplifier for that van should be located in front, further down from the head unit, in the centre console area. it's a bit of work to get to it, but not impossible. it would appear that the amp is no longer functioning. best way to go about it would be to disconnec that amp and get an aftermarket h/u and connect the speaker leads at the output side of the amp. good luck!
