Hey guys. my buddy and i were at the store the other day and we ran across the car audio section. I had to stop. I was looking for a 4 channel amp for my interiors, but he was lookin at subs. He was askin prices on subs and he found one he wanted cuz the price was right. He asked me about it, but i dunno too much about them. They are 15" subs, they say SPL on the cone. 700 watts peak, dual voice coil. Here is a link to them: https://www.discountave.net/elspl15carsu.html let me know if they are good so I can tell him. The guy was sellin em for 50 bucks a pop. I know they're crap, but how bad? Are they even worth the 50 bucks?

SPL speakers are re-labeled units made by Power Acoustik.  Same crap, different name.  I wouldn't pay $50 for one.
