I installed a cva-1006 and dva-5205 in my 99 corvette and everything work great.  Today I took them out so I could move them down so the cva doesnt block the vent when it opens.  I put everything back in and now i have no sound from the dva-5205.  The cd will play, but no sound.  There radio works so im guessing it has to be the dva.  Anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong?

Make sure your AI cable is fully inserted, if you didn't use AI cable, verify that your rca cables are connected

Yeah thats what i thought at first so i checked everything several times and that isn't it.  I guess I'm gonna have to send it off and have it checked out.  Thanks for the suggestion.

Did you check your settings upon reinstalling the units?  Go into the setup menu of the 1006 and make sure it's still configured for your setup.

Everything is the same as before.  I couldn't find anything in the setup menu that would turn off the sound.  The DVD player shows up on the "source" page so I think it is all hooked up right.

Thanks,

Tim
