Hey whats up guys,

I have a little problem on my hands.  I just installed a  80x2 alpine amp in my friends 2003 cavalier.  We had some issues starting out with the ground, but that was soon sorted out.  We wired the rear 6x9's to the alpine and the front infinitys were running off the panasonic HU. The Infinitys were starting to clip and started to fade in and out as we were turning the volume on.  keep in mind that the HU was only about at half volume and the infintys are rated at 45 watts rms... the infinitys did not do this before we put the amp in. If you fade all of the HU to the rear deck 6x9's then there is no noise or clipping but you can hear the speakers....

Help ... please

thanks a mizzilon

this may sound very odd to you, , but clean the ground terminal on your battery, and find where that groung wire runs to, , probably the alt... and unbolt it and clean it all up with sand paper.   iv seen a few issues like that before and it was lack of grounding throughout the whole car because of a silly battery ground wire.
