I just installed A Pioneer DEH-P560MP. When I change any settings on the head unit, then turn it off it loses everything I changed.

Your memory (constant power_ is not connected properly.  Did you use a wiring harness adapter?

yep, memory wire is probally reversed with the ignition wire. Try switching the red wirre and the yellow wire around and let me know how it goes.
