Hey guy's. a quick question again,

This deck has 2 sets of rca's. They are split up. One set of RCA's can be set for sub or full range and the other set (according to the manual) is for front channel. I am running both front and rear speakers plus subs with 2 amps. How should I utilize these RCA connections.

BTW, I am also using a sony XEC-500 indash crossover unit.

Use your front rca's for your components and the ma 6.5's  you will need a Y cable u're local dealer should have a set for about 7 bucks. Instead of having 2 plug u will get 4 so u can use all 4 channels on your amp.  Be sure your 4 channel amp is 2 ohm stable. wire your tweeter and speaker together and use one channel hold on u're componets should have a lil cross over you could use that and u don't have to wire them together.  Do the same for the other side. Rember to alway check the loads with a multi meter before just to be on the safe side. Then hook up your rear speakers to the rear input on the 4channel amp.  Then just use the rear output on u're deck  convert to sub output and hook up to your subwoofer amp. . U can also sale your old deck and get one with front, rear, and sub outputs. but this should woker i just did an install like this two weeks ago and the guy likes it.

I will just leave it wired as it is for now. All head units that I have had in the past has 2 sets of RCA's. One for front and one for rear. This non fading output is new to me but seems to work just fine.

The non fading output, does this control the line voltage through the rac's? As it is ajustable.
