I want to put a set of subs in my car. instead of a normal box enclosure i was hopping to use a clear tube. my inital thought was to use some thick acrylic, but most of the qoutes i get were $500 for the tube. anyone have an idea? maybe a giant pvc or abs pipe? also ive seen someone use a really thick cardborad tube for his home stereo subs. any thoughtson how other materials would work and how much it would be?
------------- I had Cheetos and wine for dinenr.

You could use that same tube that they use for putting cement in for a mail box or post. They have it at Home Depot. I think it's called sonatube?
