I have a question conerning the installation of my two diamond d5 10d4 subwoofers.

These are dual voice coil subs and I have no clue how to connect them inside the box. I guess the term is bridging. Could someone explain or give me a scamatic of how to bridge the subwoofer to the box terminal. I have 5 feet of 8guage wire.

Just for info: My system will be two diamond 10d4 subwoofers powered by Diamond D5 600.1 amplifier. Pair of Diamond M6 6.5 separates powered by 480 2 channel sony xplod amplifier. Pair of kenwood KFC-168 rear speakers. This will be in a 93 Honda Del Sol

You can wire each sub like this. Take the 2 positive connectors and wire them as if it was a y connection and do the same for the negative connectors. You will end up with one single positive wire and one single negative per sub and connect them into the t-cups or whatever terminals you are using by connecting that one positive wire to the positive side on the terminal and the same with the negative. Do the same for the other sub. Now wire your subs one per channel to your amp.

Your amplifier is mono (it has only one channel) and it requires at least a 2-ohm load. You have two DVC 4-ohm woofers, so you cannot wire your system for a 2-ohm load. The best way to wire them for this amp is for 4-ohms total, as below:
