My Cap is in the back with my AMPS, I dont have a resistor.. doesnt it just work there..

i THOUGHT it charged from the alternator...

you should just be able to place it in line with the  power cable just before your amp. make sure you have the voltage flowing through it in the right direction and you should be ok. exactly how do you have it wired?

You need to charge it with a resistor first or else you will have a fireworks show in the back of your vehicle!

A 500ohm resistor is good for charging and discharging any cap. Right Customsuburb?

I i never charged them first. i just

Disconnect the battery

Install Cap

Reconnect Battery.

I Uninstall the inline Fuse by the battery

install Cap

Put the fuse back in.

Why havnt they blown up yet??
