What truck?  Are you saying you had "6 speakers" installed from the factory and you plan to use the factory speakers with an after-market head unit?  or have you also replaced the speakers?

The factory system uses a crossover to drive the front doors and tweets togehter.  Infinity systems use external amps, with many of the amps mounted on the speakers which you will need to by-pass or avtivate (not sure which system is in the Didge Ram.)  In any case, your "front" stereo outputs from your head should drive the front component sets.
