The grill don't come off, you have to remove the entire panel.

If you want to install it yourself you could order a mastersheet thingy from crutchfield (it tells you how to take out your radio and front speakes also).

Cruchfield will only assist you if you purchase your speakers from them.  They don't give out free advice.

You can order a master sheet for $5 from them. Just call them up and say you want to order one and give them your vehicle information.
