Planning on hooking up a FM modulator cd changer and would like to know if there is some sort of information pertaining to what wires go with what.

Should be a straight forward install.  You could use factory radio wires for Changer behind radio. 
Gray Plug: Pink (12 volt constant)  Red (12 volt Ignition)  Ground wire on back of radio.  Antenna plugs in
