Hi guys, i recently tried to revert my dad's 97 Grand Cherokee with the infinity to use a CDM7861 wired in to the infinity amp. When i turn the system on everything is fine when i'm in tuner mode, but when i switch over to cd/changer, the cd starts playing but i get no audio. I think that it might be the output for digital is stuck on line-out only.

Is there a way to switch the output from line back to outputting to the harness?

Thanks in advance.

there is a remote turn on wire that you need to find in the wire harness for the truck, , , that is needed to turn the factory amp on when in cd mode.    When your in radio mode, the signal from the deck to power up the antenna also power up the factory amp, , but when its off, it dosn't work obviously.    So plug in your factory deck again and check the left over wires and find one that has 12v on it, , there may be a few, , so just power them up 1 by 1 with the alpine till you get sound.
