HI, I just bought a new sound system and one little question. Is it necessary to change the original car battery to a stronger one? I heard from some people(my friends :) ) that suggested I should. But I just want to hear more opinions from experts. (96 accord) Thanks!

Amp:2000W, Woof:1200W, Speakers:400-500W

No, it is not necessary.  It may be necessary to upgrade your alternator to a high-output model, though.  What is the amp?  (not listed power, make and model.)

Are you asking for the ampage of my alternator? or my sound system info? (Well, it's a pyramid pb1845x amplifier with 2 woofers, 4 speakers, and a power capacitor)

You only need to upgrade the battery if you plan on running the system on accesory (engine off) for long periods of time. So, in other words you will want to upgrade your alternator before the battey. However, the fact that your amp is a pyramid, and is in no way putting out anywhere near 2000W, you prolly wont need a new alternator either. If you find that your lights are dimming, or other electrical things are not working properly, then buy a higher output alternator, nut chances are you should be ok with what you have.
