would bass be more enhanced if you aim the sub toward the rear of the trunck or toward the rear seats. looking for the best spl in the trunk of a 2003 cavalier.

Face the subs towards the rear of the trunk.

you will get lower bass and more vibration/ feel of bass when firing towars the rear. if your box is small enough you could consider firing stright up at thr trunk lid
