hello, i'm planning on running 3 pioneer tsw-2000spl 12" subs in my 1995 dodge neon, the system i have planned is running one box 4.5cu/ft (1.5 cu/ft for each sub) i'm planning on having a peice of plexi across the opening ot the trunk that you see when the seats are down , then having 2 of the subs on 45' angles towards the center of the trunk and the third sub going straight across to form this shape " \_/ " with the top of the pic the back seats, my only prob is i plan on having the middle sub inverted so looking back you see the magnet of the sub, would this affect any of my over all sound or would it be such a small change it wouldn't be anything to worry about, i'm also doing it to hopefully save some space.
Well, what kind of box are you going to be building with 4.5 cu/ft? The idea for the \_/ would look good/better made with fiberglass, if you are up to it. Inverting subs don't make much of a difference in sound, but you have to remember to wire the inverted sub in phase (make the cone move in and out) with the others

I've been sick lately, sorry I won't be on much.
hello, i do plan on fiberglassing it, i just finished mobile dynamics and now i wanna put my new found skills to use (no market for high end custom work around here) the subs are going to be in a sealed box because i don't have any space left to put ports that would make them usefull (ie: towards the back seats)
