Need a wiring diagram for a 2001 Chrysler Infinity 300M - factory amp is toast and have been given a NEW JL Audio 4300 Amp - long story.

Need wiring(color codes) for trunk-mounted amp - I saw a post for 2000 300M - is this the same as 2001?

Metra guide for harnesses for that car. You will want to also replace the factory speakers with aftermarket 4 ohm speakers for use with the new head unit.

Thanks - But I need the wire color codes. I bought this car used and the OEM Infinity amp had just taken a dump. The seller had just had a new JL Audio 4300 amp installed, but some rookie did it - went from 4 channels to two - My head unit faders or balance controls don't work, I've lost all my bass response and I can see he's only used two input slots to amp - he was either in a hurry, didn't care or just dumb.

So, I need color codes to seperate the 4 channels. The front door speakers have been replaced as well. You suggested replacing two rear with 4 ohm - are they 2 ohm now?

Also, this is an original component system - 10 speakers in car - are the crossovers behind the speakers or at some central "box"? They aren't in the amp as the original amp just had 4 speaker inputs and outputs - front, rear, left, right, positive and negative, etc...
