Hey everyone. Well, against my will I have to run out and get a new HU. Mine got stolen at a football game last night. Damn kids. They were working on my subs and amp but my friend saw them and scared them away. So yea, anyways, im looking for something with f,r,s outputs and one set of inputs. preferable in the 250-300 dollar range. any suggestions?

The Pioneer deh-p8600mp is a great unit in this price range. It has lots of extra features and you can get if for a little over $ 350 buck. The 7600 is cheaper, but I prefer the 8600 myself.

The old lear jet XL was in that price range as well. Hehe. Obviousely the Eclipse guy will recommend the CD3434 of CD5444 for you.

Why not alpine? got alpine 9831 for my car around your price range 280$, and please don't tell me alpine deck has no fancy looks! fancy look is just looks and gets you in trouble more in my point of view and they look more like a mature model(almost every alpine look the same at glance) isn't it? The endurable/stability hu with cleaness, why not?

Once you hit the $300 range I think it is necessary to at least consider nakamichi and eclipse if you're interested in sound quality.
