I have a Diamond audio 7104 and a 1200.1 that when I turn my truck off the amps stay on. They stay on until my second battery drops below 8amps and then they shut off. I have a MBR 70 that separates the 2 batteries. I am using a stock bose premium HU with a peripheral splitterthat gives me my RCA's and also gives me a remote wire any thoughts?

uhh, theres something really wrong with that there remote. The remote is what turns and keeps an amp on. Check ur connections and see if u did something wrong. Otherwise ur amps will just kill ur batteries.

you should recheck your connection with your headunit and see if it connected right

There is only one way to plug the module in. Really no way to do it wrong. ANy other ideas?

You've been given your answer. The remote turn-on wire is connected wrong. Disconnect the remote on the Peripheral and connect a remote 20 ga. wire from the amp to a switched 12v source, so the amp goes off when the key is turned off. Put a 1 amp fuse at the lead end of the wire. The Peripheral is still getting voltage from the wire you have its rem wire connected to, even when the car is off.
