I'll have a set of Resonant Engineering XXX 6.5's in a couple of months and I'm trying to decide on what amp to run them with.
Zapco 350.2-$465-3 year war. 2x 175w @ 2ohm
Audison LRX2.250-$592- lifetime war- 2x 210w @ 2ohm
Jbl bpx 600.2 $250- 1 year war- 2x 290w @ 2ohm

The 6.5's will be in .1 cubic feet boxes in my doors.

Thanks in advance

I am personally a big fan of Audison, outtta what you listed I think that would be your best choice, even though it is also worth the most.

r7, I was in the same mindset as you are about Zapco until I started reading up on Audison. I think all three would get the job done. I haven't heard any of them on a board or in a car. My local shop that carries Audison doesn't have them hooked up siting the reason as the wiring in the sound board wouldn't let them reach their full potential.

ravendarat, I do agree the Audison is looking like the best choice even though is costs the most. That lifetime warranty is hard to pass up. It's actually only a 2 year Audison and for an extra $50 the shop will cover it for life as long as the problem would have fallen under the factory warranty. So me spiling beer on it wouldn't be covered....

Has anyone else heard any of these amps in action?

Anyone? I reason the JBL is on there is because Gary Biggs uses 3 of them in his Regal and he is a grand master champion in USACi.
