I was wondering what the best way to run the  power wire through the drilled hole or an existing gromet

if there is room in an existing groment run it through there, if not, drill a hole (make sure you aren't going to drill into anything) and you can buy grouments at any auto store, put one in the holle before you run the wire through your it may wear and short out.

definately check to see what on the other side before you drill. My Dumb _ss had to buy a break booster after drilling into it. Chalk one up for experience.
