I know people with these subs, as far as I'm considered they all kick some sweet A$$ if they are set up right, just power them perfect and you will get great sound out of all of them. ------------- JVC deck

whats better RF or Alpine in terms of overall preformance? Gunna push them usuing a 1200.1 kicker amp. ------------- I guess that guy has subs.

Ummmm, , Brand to brand, Alpine, ,Sub to sub, ,depends....They both have excellnt subs for each power range, and price range. Name a price range, and how many you want, and whell do our best to help you out.

well this i saw on e-bay are fairly cheap. What im looking is to get 1400RMS from them. So if it takes 4 Alpine's then 4 it is. If it takes 2 then 2 it is.

that kicker 1200.1 is a realy decent amp. I have the same one pushing just 4 kicker comp. 10s all in sealed boxes.(one big box , 4 seperate enclosers) I get a little of both worlds as in good smooth sq response and if I want to really push it I can get pretty good spl. Anyway Im just confirming the quality of the amp. Im sure most of the subs youve listed are good , just depends on your budget and sound goals.

YEah, i have heard its a real nice kick as amp so far so good just looking for a few subs to hook up to it.. I think im going to go with the 4 alpine's.. but how are the HE2?

I havent had the privalage of working with those yet. Im sure someone here can give you a thumbs up or down on those. I can tell you Ive installed the Memphis Power Reference 12" and wasnt too impressed with SPL although it had really good lower sub bass response. Probly better for SQ.

I like the sound of Memphis speakers. But hey, that's just me. I suggest you check them out as I believe they are higher quality than the RF speakers on your last list... but you may or may not agree based on your personal preferences. I also prefer Infinty to Alpine.. ------------- Support the12volt.com

i have used close to all of the speakers on that list and my 2 cents, go eclipse....saw that coming maybe I should change my name to eclipse guy....I am happier with the overall SQ power handling. SPL everything although I am debating weather I like them over my w6v2's but thier close...I am speaking of the 7100 eclipse 10's

For the money the Power Reference Memphis is your best buy... They redesigned the sub for 2004 and it is awesome...I have been a Memphis dealer for a while now and I have never had a disapointed customer when It came to their product... The sound is amazing and they will match up with any amp if tuned correctly.Their return policy has no holes in it...All around great product.... -------------  Making the World A Louder Place

I've got the Infinity Kappa 10". Even powered by the pos kenwood amp it rocks harder then (for the price range) most 10"s and even some 12". I love JL but they can be pricey. Great subs though. As previously mentioned Eclipse has a really good rep. It's all to what you're ear likes. Listen to them before you buy, you won't regret taking the time to.
