hey guys, i won some auctions on ebay and am wondering what speakers i should put in my car and what ones i should sell. 6x9's
Alpine Type R
Infinity 9603
Fronts:
4x6 is stock size

I always have been a big fan of the polk high's. as far as the rears I think you will be happier with the alpine's, I have tried the infinity's and the alpine's the alpine's seam to handle lower freq alot better. But i have changed from them to another set of alpine typr r components for my rear

Those Pioneers are 20 watt speakers. The Profiles are paper clip collectors. Keep the Polks and see what they sound like. Try both the Infinity and Alpines in the rear, since they're both the same size anyway, and pick the ones you like best. Sell the Panasonics. Build a box for a 12" sub, and keep the MTX.

I hate the MTX 6000 series, they offend my ears. But neither of those two 10's are substantially better so go ahead and use the 6000 (the 8000's are allot better and on sale at sounddomain). Other then that... Yeah, what Stevdart said.

First of all, those are damn good prices you got. As for waht to use, try both speakers in the back and see which one you like best. Sell the panasonics, pioneers and profiles. Keep the MTX sub and sell the other two. You will probably make a profit on the stuff.

I'd vote for the Infinities just through experiece. For the front go with the polk's. They have a nice clean sound. Maybe get those amped along the way after the profit you make selling the other stuff. And keep the MTX sub, and buy yourself a nice box or build one and tune it yourself
