Is it nessesary to fuse the power wire right after the battery if it is running to a fusede distro block in the trunk?  If so where can I find a 2 gauge inline holder can seem to find any online?

OH GOD YES!  You do not want to run a power cable that big, that far without a fuse protecting the following:  You! Your car! thanks for the input I bought one today fro a local shop, 2 gauge must not be to common he only had one
