So my sister has 2 8" subs from pioneer, TSW203C, and 1 JBL amp model BP300.1

The amp is 4 ohms at 150 watt x 1 channel and 2 ohms at 300 w at 1 channel, the Max the subs can take is 350 watts, I was wondering how can I wire it up to get the best response from the subs?

Subs specs are 350W max, 120W nom?

Question is how should I wire these up? What is the best way to wire them?

I believe those are 4-ohm subs, so you can simply wire the two in parallel to the amplifier and it will handle the load.  Connect both + from the subs to the + on the amp, and both - to -.

I'm not following what you are saying, wiring them in parallel, I wire both negative on the subs together, then wire the 2 posotives wires from the subs to the amp?

Is that what you are saying? Could you draw a diagram?

negative Sub 1 + -------- to the posotive speaker input on the amp?

negative Sub 2 +---------

No, I'm saying wire the positive from each speaker to the + output on the amplifier, and the - from each speaker to the - output on the amplifier.

So how many terminal cups am I going to need for a box to do that? 1? I wire both subs to the same output and then wire speaker wire to the posotive and negative of that cup?

If I recall.... That amp is a mono sub amp with a dual set of outputs.  So, if you wire each sub to one set of outputs (+ to + and - to -) you will achieve a 2 ohm.  Set your gains correctly, that amp can turn those speakers inside out.  As to your question about the hardware you need, I don’t know!  I have no idea the makeup of the box you are using.

I am saying I don't want to have to use 2 terminal cups to wire the subs to the amp,

Can I wire both subs to the same terminal cup and then wire the amp to the terminal cup?

Yeah, just wire the both the positives to the same terminal, then both the negatives, then to the amp from the respective terminals.  Walla!

You will need two terminal cups. You wire the subs like normal to each terminal cup. Run a wire from one terminal to the other terminal, do the same for the negative. Then you want to add ONE from the positive end of the amp to the positive wire running to the terminal cups. do the same for the negative. hope that helps

Subs are usually wired to each other when you are doing parallel wiring.  It's the same as wiring each sub separately.  You need only one terminal plate on the box.
