I have a 2000 grand am... ive noticed as well as every1 I no whith a pontiac that the radio reception in my town sucks ass but only for pontiacs.... 2 questions

1.) how can i boost the recption

2.) i have an ipod and i want to hook it up to the sterio........ i bought that device that taps into the reception and its even worse then the radio stations... but when i play a cd or tape the sound in my car is amazing...

i want to either get rid of the tape deck (which is seperate and on the bottom of the dash) or put some sort of relay or "A/B" switch so i can plug the i pod straight into the sterio.... what do i do and how do i wire it?

you can try putting the modulator closer to the antenna, or maybe even in the dash. your best bet would be getting a new deck
