Few questions,

Trying to install a Kenwood KVT-815DVD Had a pretty easy time getting to the factory CD player in my Wrangler.  Problem was getting it out...I noticed after some pulling, there was a plate holding it in from the rear.  I assume this is some sort of security feature on the '04.  Nothing was damaged or so I thought.  I tried to reconnect the harness and the radio but the CD player refuses to turn back on with the ignition.  Does this plate act as the ground for the radio?  Or have I basically killed my stock radio.  On to the next problem.  I have been looking for speaker harnesses so I don't have to cut the factory wires to install aftermarket speakers.  I have tried Circuit city and Best buy, both of them claim first that it was special order and then that it doesn't exist.  Anyone know where I can find a perfect match so I don't have to hardwire?

Thanks

I wound up cutting mating sliders into the speaker lines so the second question can be ignored.
