Looking for a comparison on these two amps. Which one would you rather have? Viper 600.1 or dei 600d vs JBL BP 600.1..I'm interested in everyones input on this. Apparently Viper and DEI are the same amp with just a different case. Personally i think the JBL amp is better, but thats only because i haven't heard much about Viper/DEI amps. Any input on this would be appreciated.

Directed and JBL are basically in the same class and since you're talking subwoofer amps, you shouldn't notice much if any difference in operation. Your woofer choice will make a much more signicant difference to what you hear than your amp.
