What is the best way to set my Xover and EQ so that it sounds good ? Is this a personal preference thing or is there a specific way to do it ?

Read the pages at  https://www.bcae1.com .. make sure you understand what these devices actually do before you play around.  Once you know what they do, yes, you can set by ear, or with the help of a real time analyzer (better option).

If you don't want to take the time to learn, hire a professional to do it for you.  Be careful - if you are careless with those devices you can easily damage speakers.
