Is that sub a DVC, and is it 4 Ohm coils or 2 Ohm coils? What is the impedance the amp wants to see if wired in mono?

Need a little info here.

Same sub that I have. Sounds awesome. What are the specks on the amp, because you'll be running it at 2 ohms. But basically you'll wire it like so:

dxav, it's a 4 ohm DVC sub. So either the amp is going to see 2 ohms, or 8 ohms. If that amp is rated @ 350 watts @ 4 ohms then you'll actually be feeding the subs 700 watts. That's a little much. But most mon-block d-calss amps are named for their 2 ohm output.

Ok, Francious70. 2Ohm sounds good. Then, depending on his amp in mono @ 2 Ohms, your sub/amp config should work great on his system.
