i got 2 10" bazooka tubes in my 88 toyota pick up and i was wondering which way should i face them, also they are in the back of seats. should i face them so that the sub is by door or face them in.

Either striaght up, or each towards the doors. If you face them to each other they will cancel themselves out most likely.
