OK, here is what I have:

Boston - 5 1/4" seperates up front

JL 6w0 - 6 1/2" SUBWOOFERS  (x2)

Diamond Audio 15" Subwoofer  (x1)

No rear fill (that's how I like it)

Here Is my question: Where is the best place to set up the crossover points for this system?

Also, should I use a sealed or ported box for the subwoofers? if so, how do I built the box to be tuned to a specific frequency.

I was figuring to crossover my front speakers at 100hz, my 6 inch subs at 100hz and 50hz, and my 15 inch sub at 50hz...

Any ideas?

Speakers - Boston BAZ5 - $1000

Car -      1988 PLymouth Colt - $450, it's been rolled!

50hz is low for any 6" driver. I'd try 80 instead.

What are your crossover slopes?

Are the 6.5 subs in the front with the 5.25s?  They should be, and if so cross the small ones at 150-250, the rest as kfr01 said, with the 6.5s picking up sub bass at 80 and up to the crossover point.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

List the sub specs...a link would be good (for box type).
