I posted earlier but someone deleted it. So maybe it wont get deleted this time. I have 2 kicker 15 comp vr's I want to build a box in the back of my truck with a blow through to the cab. My question is if one sub takes 1.8cuft of rec air space then would I build a box that is 3.6cuft. The max rec cuft for each sub is 5.2. I want to give them adquate air space. Can someone help me the last box I had built for me and it cost a arm and a leg. This box I think I can build by myself. I have all the tools to do it with. I was going to use 5/8" MDF board or do you think that will flex too much. Thanks for the help.

Dont use 5/8 MDF. I've seen 3/4" flex with a single 12" and it had internal bracing. Since this is large box you should also use internal bracing. It will pay off.posted_image
