i have two mb quart 4 ohm dvc 12s on a 700 watt 2 channel autotek amp what is the best way to wire them.

I all depends on your amp and what you are trying to achieve.  You can wire them down to two ohms per channel or you can bridge the two sub to make a 4ohm mono load.

But that's all dependant on your amp.  I would wire my amp achieve the greatest SQ with the most power.   Just see which wiring method has less distortion and go with it.

the amp that i have is the autotek sx-2300

That's a stereo amp that is bridgable into a 4-ohm load.  Connect your subs in series-parallel.
