I wanted to know how i should wire my 2 12inch audiobahns to my JBL 600.1 amp. I want to get the most watts to the subs. Right now i have them wired at a parallel 2 ohm series. Thankyou

Right now you are getting the most power from that JBL amp to the subs beacuse power does not increase when you drop the load down to 1 ohm, and you can't with the impedance of your subs.

i just went over the wiring and both subs are wired at 8 ohms each and the amp is reading 4 ohms. Is that the best way to wire them?

The subs must be DVC 4 ohm, then?  With that amp, you should be able to go to 1 ohm by using the parallel/parallel wiring as in figure 1.  Double the output.  The BP-600 isn't rated the same for both 4 and 1 ohm, is it?

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
