I guess this will be more directed to Karl or someone from Soundgate or somewhere, but it was brought up in a meeting this morning about getting an aftermarket XM modual such as Poineer, Alpine, or Sony to interface with the new GM radios that are XM ready without having to go FM Mod or using the brand x control head. I have had a few customers ask me about this and was wondering if anything was in the future.

Hey George, here's something that might interest you and it can be used with any low level audio source. https://www.go2pac.com/products/products_new_detail.cfm?ID=6

got that piece 12volt.. only thing is it is for the 2002 and earlier.. the new '03 radios are different.. don't use the nine pin plugs like that and was hopeing to use the radio for the xm controller.. not the little remote display/controller piece that would come like the fm mod piece.. would make for a cleaner install without having to make a custom panel in the pockets or soemthing.. BTW... if anyone hasn't done it yet, or was wondering, a DVD player will fit in the lower pocket in the center console... a little cutting but it looks good and convenient for mom and dad to change dvd for the kiddies..
