I have a Clarion vrx745vd and It has a wire that is lime green and it's suppose to go to the parking brake so the dvd/screen won't work if it isn't connected. Is there a way to bypass that wire so it can be used while driving or can I qround it, it's a negitive?

The wire needs to see the "ground" from the parking brake. So long as it sees this "ground" it will work.

I LOVE to see people try to bypass the safety interfaces that manufacturers provide. That wire is there to keep you (and the people around you, even if you don't care about yourself) safe, connect it the right way, and stop jackin' around... I hope you don't live in California... that's a $450 fine if you get a ticket for displaying a moving image in the view of the driver. AND your insurance company will not even TALK to you if you are in an accident, and that display is functioning... Good Luck, and PLEASE do not drive anywhere near me or my wife, or any of my friends... go kill yourself some other way, not in a car.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
