You'll need a 2-way crossover, which you can either build yourself or perhaps (depending on the speakers you want to use) you can find one pre-made that will suit your needs.

Does Ohms on all speakers and H/U take on consideration when wiring the system....will i damage any parts from the speakers or the H/U ???
Thanks :)

The impedence of the speakers (and their performance ratings) will determine what components are used in your crossover.  The HU will not care as long as the net impedence presented is greater than 4 ohms.  If you just hook them up without a proper crossover, then yes you can damage both the head unit and the tweeters.  What are the speakers you want to use?

I have a set of Infinity Reference x-overs from a 6.0 component set laying around, these should work fine for low power application I believe. Will send to you if you want them as I have no need for them anymore. Just post mail me with address if you want them.

Thanks for a great offer vinspo unfortuanlly i lived in Australia but really thanks you are so kind!
BTW what if my pair of tweeters got on-board crossover capacitor, do u still need a separate X'over???
If not how to wire it??
I just check my H/U 4-8 Ohms
And i think both my tweeters and 4" speaker is 4-8 Ohms.

Cheers :)

To avoid overloading your head unit, yes you'd need a crossover for the full-range as well as for the tweeter.  You will need the crossover to shift the energy from the 4" to your tweeter at the proper frequency (high pass for the tweet and low-pass for the full-range.)  This in effect keeps only one of the speakers connected to the head unit at any given time and ensures it only "sees" the 4-ohm load from one speaker.  If you do not use a crossover for both speakers (set at the same frequency) then in the range where the tweeter is operating, the amp will see both speakers connected to it in parallel.  This 2-phm load will do several things to your sound quality that you don't want and may in fact overload and blow out your head unit amplifier.  Most heads cannot handle a 2-ohm net load.

I'd put a bandpass on the full-range to keep both extreme bass and treble away.
