Has anyone used these setups before? I ran across them on the internet, and they look very interesting. I'm looking at the one for the pickup solution. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Interesting looking bandbass systems. I've never heard one.

you know that sound when you pass over the woofer on the top left of those pages? that's probably what it sounds like LOL

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
To me, it just doesn't seem feasible to get as good bass that they say they get with such a small enclosure and woofer. I would love it if they did though.
I'm sure they deliver exactly what they advertise, which is a bandpass system that operates between 40 and 90 Hz. I know it is possible to build very good bass systems in very small packages (find and listen to Bob Carver's Sunfire Super Junior sub. AMAZING bass from a 9" cube.) Enclosure design and equalization can do wonders. I built a home theatre system for someone a couple of years ago that used two 6.5" subs in a bandpass and after EQ and amplifier adjustments achieved flat response to 28Hz at 104db.
So sure, they might sound fine. Lots of people like Bose Acoustimass systems too.
