ok, my friend has a 96 lincoln contintental. he wants to put a aftermartk cd player in it, but he says it has a wireless antenna on it(factory). Crutchfield gives me a 120" antenna wire, is this to connect the cd player to the factory amp in the rear of the car?? Or how do I connect the factory antenna to the aftermartket cd player?

It is not a wireless antenna.  your main radio unit is in the trunk of your vehicle.  Everything has to be ran to the rear.  You can purchase a kit for a Taurus(it has the wires and the antenna extension)  The only thing you can catch behind the HU is power, ground and remote turn-on for the factory amp.
