I've seen people say don't use y cables how esle can i go from my crossover to a four channel amp and a mono amp, specially since i'm supposed to send rca's to every channel on my four channel.

No reason not to use Y-cables if you need to send the same signal to two inputs.  There is some signal loss so be sure you set your gains after you install the y-cable, and some possible noise introduction so be sure to use cables with good quality RCA connectors and good shields.

I don't know what you mean by "specially since i'm supposed to send rca's to every channel on my four channel" ?  It depends on your setup.  Are you using all four channels of your amp?  How?  How many line level outputs does your HU have?  How many outputs does your crossover have?
